I had requested for money back on the basis of money back offer being offered, after a week of connection
as i wasn't happy with the services provided.instead, i had received a monthly bill through my mail.
however, some technicians came and disconnected it already.
well, i was not able to reach the customer care to inquire about the money back offer.
i was told, it would take 15 days to process, but its been almost a month now.
so, i want to ask is that whether i am getting my money back or not.
you guys should not have promised and introduced the 15 days money back offer if you cannot fulfill it.
