Non Delivery of ordered product after 27 days

My name is Vikas Saxena, I ordered a Hyundai Slim

Phone (Mobile handset) to the online shopping company

Deals4all (Compact International) on 23rd OCT 07. My

order no. is 620000368 and the order was taken by Ms

Matty. (an executive). As per company Deals4all the

estimated cost of this product is Rs. 8500, but for

ICICI employees they are offering this product worth

Rs. 3225. I made this order on their tel. no.

022-26329210. After taking order Ms. Matty committed

me that you'll get your ordered product within 15

days. and very next day this company debited my credit

card by Rs. 3225.

But after 25 days still they didn't send me my ordered

Hyundai Slim Phone.

First of all this company has Toll free no. i.e.

1800-224700 for taking order as well as they have STD

nos. i.e. 22-23629210 & 022-23624731 with many line on

a single tel no..And by single trail we can get

connected.

But for complaint & customer service they have only

STD nos. i.e. 022-26329214, 022-26399120, 022-66756616

& 17 with very less lines or single line on a single

tel. no. On these nos. after 30-40 trails only once we

can get connected.

I've sent 5-6 E-mails to them but they people replied

me to wait to receive the product. I have told them

many times on phone as well as on E-mails also that I

am in urgent need of this mobile handset, so please

send me this mobile as soon as possible.

After waiting 20 days when I didn't receive my ordered

mobile, I start following them. But whenever I call on

their customer service/complaint nos. all the nos. are

engaged. Only once I could get the line and talked to

Ms Purnima and Pooja, both of them asked me to wait

till Saturday i.e. 17th Nov 07, I told both of them to

transfer the line to your manager, but they denied.

Then since last 4-5 days I am talking to their

executives on their tel. nos. 022-26329210 &

022-26324731, but their executive always linger on

this matter and asked me that we cannot do anything

and you talk to our customer service department.. I

always tell them that I am not getting your customer

service nos. because these nos. are always engaged, I

don't have time to call these nos. 30-40 times. But

these executives don't understand the matter and

repeat the same answer and cut the phone line without

informing me and they don't listen me properly. I

always tell them that I've to make STD calls to talk

to you people, after that also they put me on hold for

long time. And many times they put me on hold for long

time I waited for them but they didn't turn up. That's

why I've to call them again on STD calls.

2-3 times I called and I asked them to transfer the

line to their manager Mr. Luv, but Mr. Luv always

linger to attend my phone and executives told me that

he is busy.

I always asked all the executives that you people are

enable to solve my problem, you all ask me to contact

your customer service department, and your customer

service nos. are not getting connected, you are not

transferring the calls to your manager and your

manager is not bother about my problem, and he is not

attending the call, so you tell me what I should do?

All the executives always replied we cannot do

anything and cut the phone line.

Two times their executives took my mobile no. and told

me that Mr. Luv will call you, but Mr. Luv didn't call

me any time. Then next day I called them again and

took the mobile no. of Mr. Luv. I called Mr. Luv but

his mobile was not reachable, Then I sent him 2-3 SMS

on his mobile about my problem. Then again I called

and talked to one of the executive, and I told him

that the mobile no. of Mr. Luv is not reachable, then

executive asked me to call after 9 PM. I called Mr.

Luv at 9.30 PM, He told me that he is not well and

will call me next day, I said no problem, and I asked

him at the same time that at what time you will call

me, He replied at 12.30PM. Next day I waited for his

call but he didn't call me. In the evening I tried

their customer service nos. many times, but asusal

all the nos. were engaged, I called again on their

order taking no., and the executive replied the same

thing that he is enable to do anything and asked me to

contact their customer service dept.. Then forced

them to transfer the line to Mr. Luv, I asked Mr. Luv

why didn't you call me when you committed me, Then Mr.

Luv told me that actually the problem is the stock of

Hyundai Slim Phone is over, I told him if this was the

problem, your executives or you should have informed

me earlier back, as I am continuously telling all of

you and mailing you again and again that I am in

urgent need of mobile handset, because I have taken a

no. of Vodafone & the Vodafone people asked me that

you didn't make any call within a months time after

taking the no. so we've to discontinue your. no.. Then

Mr. Luv asked me that we can offer you different model

of Hyundai. Then I told Mr. Luv that If i become ready

to take this handset then I would have to wait again

for long time. He asked me talk to his executive about

it because I am not well, I asked him that your

executives are enable to do anything, so please solve

my problem. Then he misbehaved with me and in very

rough language he asked me that can't you cooperate

with me and he handover the phone line to his

executive. Then I asked to the executive to cancel my

order and asked him within how many days your company

will refund my money, then he put me on hold for long

time, I waited, but he didn't turn up.

One more thing I want to tell you that I asked Mr. Luv

that is there any showroom or service centre of

Hyundai Mobile phones, he said no. But at time of

taking order I asked the same question to Ms. Matty,

she told me yes Hyundai has service centre in all the

Major cities.

After waiting 25 days, made so many STD calls, Many

E-mails and SMS, I didn't get my ordered Hyundai Slim

Phone and I didn't get proper response as well as

proper behaviour also.

Please help me, I want my money back and compensation

also because I had to waist so much time and money for

making these many STD calls and SMS also.

And I think many of the customers might be facing

these type of problems with Online shopping companies,

so I want to take this matter on all India basis. So

that these companies cannot cheat the customers and

serve them better in time also.
