Opera Mini not working

Hello!

I am sandeep I had purchased a Nokia 6303 Classic in which my Opera mini is not working. Although I had recharged a Rs. 98 regarding taking internet service by using the opera mini but I don't understand why it every time shows me fail to connect plz suggest me how will it work as my younger bro to have opera mini facility in his Nokia moset 5130 music express in that i found that his opera mini was working without any problem.
