I ordered for the above product on Timtara on 16.06.2012. The website promises to deliver the product within 15 days. I am still waiting for the product to be delivered. I have called the call center 4 times and have been assured that the product will be delivered within 3 days on the first occasions and within this week as of today. Prior to that, I have raised complaint # 29920 dtd 02.07.2012 on their website. Received a response stating that the product would be delivered within 7-8 working days on 03.07.2012. There after, I have made 5 other attempts to get a response through the above ticket no. But have no success to date (Screen Shots Attached).

To add insult to injury the call center representatives are extremely rude. When asked for a supervisor, they response is " They do not speak to customers". On a lot of insistence, if they do agree to transfer the call, it would get disconnected/ be disconnected within a minute after being placed on hold.

Neither the call center nor the website has the number for the corporate office. A back office number was given - 9899035527. But this number seems to be switched off eternally.

Further, the web site still shows this product as available with the commitment of delivering it within 10-15 days... How can the company deliver today within 10-15 days a product while it can't meet the scheduled delivery dates of products ordered and pending delivery for over a month? The web site is displaying false information and in turn misinforming their customers.

I have also written to Mr. A Bose on 16.07.2012. But no response on that front too.

Timtara does provide the best discounts.. But I think collecting the money upfront and not delivering the product for more than a month is a business model to make use of the consumers funds. I just wish I had gone though these complaints earlier and not committed this mistake.

Request this forum to look into this matter sternly and have Timtara toe the line and not take customers for a ride. Also prevent them from displaying false information on their site.
