I've applied for Aircel 3G dongle 505 plan and got the connection by 26-12. My aircel 3G number is 7299081945. I've used 1.2 GB for first month and payed the bill by Jan month end and i got the bill as Rs.423. Even-though the aircel dealer informed me that Rs.1600 which was paid as Dongle cost will be refunded every month as Rs.400. So that i would get Rs.100 as bill amount for first four months, but I've paid Rs.423. Even i questioned regarding that but i didn't get any proper response from Aircel side. And for second month that's for the period of 20-Jan to 19-Feb I've got Rs.33, 441 as my Bill. Anyhow my Sim got barred by 12-Feb, i dint get any response from aircel side. And after many calls i got my aircel bill by March month only. In my bill it was mentioned that I've used 5GB for one month only. But in my dongle if i check the data usage its showing only 4GB (which was used by me from the time when i got the dongle). Anyhow I've paid in first month bill for 1GB. In second month for 1GB I'll get Rs.505, remaining 2GB should be paid by me extra. But when i explained about this to the aircel customer care, they are just telling that I've exceeded my credit limit. I'm not informed about the credit limit details during the purchase of dongle. Anyhow its mentioned that credit limit is Rs.750 in my bill. But when i inquired about this to aircel dealer he told that it would be around Rs.3000. But i dint get clear information from any aircel section. I've tried to talk with customer care many times, they are not trying to provide any solution to the customer, they are just telling us that I've used 5GB this one month, you should pay this amount anyhow. First mistake is in the Aircel side. I'm not informed about any credit limit during the purchase and second thing is, if I'm crossing the credit limit means why am i not notified by the Aircel department. How is it possible to get Rs.33, 441 as a bill for just using 2GB. As I've informed u already my Sim got barred by 12-Feb. Am not able to do anything with that Sim. I'm not getting any response about my bill clearance. I was trying to get a solution for more than a month. But couldn't. Then how is it possible for me to pay the huge amount.

And what another sad thing is, my Sim got barred and i got the bill for 12-Feb to 20-Mar as Rs.400. Previous month amount and this month amount together calculated and total amount is mentioned as Rs.34, 500. Is it my mistake to get the wrong bill. I kindly request you to provide me a solution quickly. I wont be able to pay this huge amount anyway. Please don't delay this matter further and keep on adding the bill as Rs.400 every month without any usage.

Expecting quick response from Aircel side. I've got thorough knowledge from Internet about this aircel incorrect bills.
