Respected sir,
I recharge my aircel mobile for internet connection on 03 Dec 09 Rs 98 for a month, as there was a message that recharge with Rs98 and Rs 25 will be given as a bonus talk time, this facility is still continue but i still not get Rs 25 of bonus talk time by the company. if we will check balance by dialing *125# there will be a message that you recharge Rs 98 for one month internet service and you will get Rs 25 bonus. In this regard I complaint to customer care on 07 Dec 09, they always told that you will get tomorrow talk time of Rs 25.
Sir please look into this matter that why they keep the customer in dark. If you will go to retailer and ask for one month connection of internet they will confirm you that you will get Rs 25 of bonus talk time.
