Did not give me notification of finishing Pocket internet validity

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had done an recharge of 98 rs. for the Pocket internet one month ago. But today company did not give me any notification of finishing this peroid and deducted the amount from my balance. This has happened earlier also. When I complained on the customer care, they did not give me any satisfactory answer.

Please help.
