I purchased Lemon IQ505 Mobile phone on 15th March via cash on delivery option for Rs 1595! The Order Id is 2339349 and the Item Id is 1771799. 19th of march evening i received my product as soon as i received the product, I opened the box and switch on the phone, but there is no display only white screen, I totally upset about this, This is the first time i am buying a product and that too defective. I Need a new product without any defects or please refund my full amount as soon as possible. I cant wait 48 hours as i am going out of station. I sent an 4 emails to tradus customer care, only received automatic email none of them responded me, Is this a way e-commerce website behave to their valuable customers. Its my hard earned money I need proper response for this, I too under gone mental torcher as it is my first mobile purchase via online. They are asking us to wait to reply for email for about 48-72 hours, I too waited but still now no response from tradus, How come tradus except customers wait 48 hours by sending defective product to the customers, Will they wait 48 hours if we delay to pay the amount or something. Such a terrific time I am having these two days. Immediately I need replacement of the product without any defects or complaints. If I ask the service center they said me to return the product to the place where i purchased. I went to the service center with the invoice and the mobile, They checked the mobile and they said the back cover has been opened and they cannot accept it, they r saying that e-commerce website would have opened it when sending like that. They told to return the product to tradus. I said I just opened the box and insert the battery, but no display so i repacked it as it came from tradus. From tradus They are asking to get a written statement from the authorized service center scan and send the copy to tradus again i got it in 19 mar till now I didnt get any proper response. IS this a support a e-commerce website offers to the customer. I am totally upset if i get the refund i will be relaxed
