Poor Speed

I have bought a new photon plus in kolkata in new alipore the speed is very poor and i have already registered a complain with the photon people, i wish they could resolve it earlier because my activation has also taken a lot of time. for this complaint also i have not yet got a call back from them. My complaint number is 340298487 . I want the people to come after 19:00, i.e. after my office hours
