Dear Sir / Madam

I am Mani prasad gurung from Nepal. i have wonder my email i got IRISH Lottery Award 2012.my mail [email protected] well, i got call as well email everyday from RBS Team (Nasiht khan, Cell no. 917838870093) he is my Account officer as well he open my account at RBS my A/C (3001784880) in my that A/C (4, 800, 000.00 NIR) i did as he said Online money transfer but it, s doesn't compatible .i need COT code so i have to deposit for COT Code 45, 000, 00 NIR now i don't have that much sum. please help if it true or fake i don't understand. if it's true how i can get COT code.. please let me know what should to do...!
