I ordered on 11th Dec 2012. My order# 601172. As they didn't even ship the order until 19th, asked the reason (customer care) why was it in "Ready for shipping" status and not shipped. They answered as, one of the book which I ordered was out of stock. So, I asked customer care to cancel my order as they didnt ship and by the time from 21st Dec I wont be available to receive the order. Dropped mail couple of times, but still there is no response. Could you please cancel may order and refund back money on my card itself?
