I had booked an order for Natraj Comfy Cradle for Rs. 1240/- on 16/11 online through
flipcart.com through OD21121211158 by debit card. When I did not get the article I sent a
complaint to Flipkart. I was given the assurance that the item would be delivered to me
and a second order id OD21203171897 was given to me. When I again did not get the item
delivered to me, I again made online complaint to flipkart, when I was given the
reassurance that the item would be definitely delivered to me by 17/12. Till date,
23/12, I have neither received my item nor a refund of my payment. I believe I have
made a grave mistake by shopping online on flipkart and making online payment. I have all
written proof of my correspondence with flipcart through e-mail. It is my sincere advice
to all customers that they should not do online shopping through flipkart as they are
neither punctual nor honest. At any cost, dont ever make advance payment to them. I have
totally lost faith on online shopping portals such as Flipkart.com.
