On 29th September i called them at 3.30 p.m to give the complain, and i got reply within 24 hour my problem will be solved but my problem was not solved. Again after 3 days i called on 1st October the same reply i got. Lastly my connection started working from 10th October. When i asked for waiver i got reply your connection started within given time period. The same problem with my landline, i am paying will from last 2 yrs approx but i am not able to utilise because of line disturbance. I have reliance broadband connection with land line telephone, for line disturbance i have given complains many times but there is no resolution. for internet every month 2-3 times connection not working.
