I had purchased Jabra Bluetooth New Model Easy Go (Black) from Star CJ on 12th November 2012, then after many complaints n calls i got the product through courier on 3rd December 2012 (the delivery time was mentioned 3-5 working days), but by the grace of God i had received that after many complaints.
Now the problem starts, i had received that bluetooth in white colour instead of black, then i registered a complaint for that and then they promised me that they will exchange the product within 7 working days. But as of now i have not received any call any message regarding this from Star CJ.
I had called them many times. After fighting many times with their stupid customer care executive, they transfer my call to their senior supervisor but no one picks the phone and call disconnets automatically.
They have arranged call back many times but i have not yet received any call. The call was also chargeable (not toll-free), so thats why whatever be the discount i received on that product was vanished in paying my bills. I havd registered a complaint that cancel my previous request and refund my money back, but they automatically closed this complaint without any intimation and gave reason that my previous complaint is still in process.
I am very much tired of calling them again n again and i am also very much fead up of this. Kindly help on this issue, as my craze of using that bluetooth is getting down day by day.
