Timtara.com is a professionally managed FRAUD company. I have been duped by this website which is basically attracting customers by offering heavy discounts on branded products. (although they are not authorised resellers). After weeks of follow up on thier horrible call centre, they just delivered the wrong cheap product which they like and not the one which i have ordered and paid the money for... since then I have been following up and there is no response...
For other order, I have placed the cancellation request, after 8 weekd moeny is still to be refunded and again, there is no response. thier customer care excecutives are well trained to fool the customers by saying "concern department will call back" and they hung the phone.
PLEASE AVOID DEALING WITH THIS FRAUD COMPANY "TIMTARA.COM". It is customer "MISERY" and not "DELIGHT"
After 6 week of rigorous follow up, thank you for sending the wrong product. I have ordered for Philips soundbar HTS 5131-94 and you have shipped me HTS 6543/94.
I have never experienced such kind of casual & careless service from any company till now. Really disappointed with the service…!!! This is NOT customer DELIGHT, it is actually customer MISERY dealing with Timtara.com.
Can you please let me know the process for getting the right product I have ordered.
