Over charged Bill

We are using tata photon internet services from last year 2011. We have not received any bills on time even every time we need to call and ask for the bill.

Same happned in the month of nov. Tata docomo has not sent any bill for period 25/10 to 24/11 and suddenly a bill of amounted rs18450 is received by us. In that bill they have not deducted the payment of previous bill which i have already paid. Is this kind of service Tata company is providing. after that we called at customer care asked for the detail for usage they were unable to provide the detail. then we spoke to the team leader (Ajay Bakshi) he said he will look into matter and will revert back but we have not received any call regarding the same. Again i called to the manager Mr. shakti Handa and told the problem. He assured me to check the bill n verify it from head office till that he said dont make the payment. Its almost 2 months that our internet connection is not working morever we have not received any solution. We have already informed to disconnect the connection but no answer from ur side. Now we have not going to make any payment for the bill as we are unhappy from the services . kidly look into the matter n do the needful.
