Refund not received for the cancelled order
I bought a PHONE ON 25 OCT from TIMTARA.COM, COMPANY cancelled the order and I HAVE requested for refund on 16 nov.after repeated calls to call centre no-0135-3051500 & 0135-6670700 no one reply positivly each & every time they say that its in process but still its 10 th JAN i never got a call or my refund from timtara. Pl help to resolve the issue or suggest for required action.
