I ordered a "ebony wood tea light holder set pair of 2 tl009" with orderid "hom/Hom/Ebo/41646". My user ID is "[email protected]".

I ordered it on 4th december but still DID not received my product. The delivery status is showing as "sent back" and order status as "success".

I don not know why they are not shipping the product.

I dropped several mails to customer care but no one responds.

They do not even respond on there phone number.

Please let me know what to do to sue them in the court.

I am ready to do that for such fraud site kaunsa.Com.
