No talk time credited

Hi

This is Anil Thomas my number is 09526180079, I have recharged for Rs. 98 for Idea GPRS 2G pack on 10.01.2013 and I have got the message of confirmation against this recharge.

I started to using social sites like fb etc. but i have lost my main balance as unfortunately it is Rs 97 required for Idea 2G GPRS pack. I complained the customer care but they told it is Rs 97 recharge gives the 2G GPRS pack and my Rs 98 recharge has been credited as Rs 84 talk time but I have not received any talk time of Rs 84.

please do the needful.
