My order no-10343782 They assured delivery within 3 weeks, which did not happen. When i started following up with them, they kept repeating the same standard answer - "wait for 2-3days". Every time they stated the same and frustrated me to the core.
One month back i called and asked them to cancel my order and refund the money. In spite of 4 days gone, they are yet to cancel my order itself, forget about refunding the money.now its about a month still iam waiting to get my refund.
I feel pity on myself of getting trapped by this fraud company which promises at every call to honor their commitment and yet is unfazed about anything related to customer's agony.
Plz guide me how to get my money back. I really am not in capacity to lose this hefty amount for no reason.
