MTS MBlaze not activated after taking money and documents

Hi,

I bought the MTS datacard on jan 9 and the connection has not yet been activated. The mts rep Diwakar (Sarjapur Road Bangalore, mobile no - 9141388325) has not responded to my complaints and has simply directed me to the mts customer care to resolve the issue. The customer care is also not helping me in activation, simply asking me to contact the MTS rep. So I am just shuttling back and forth between the MTS rep and customer care without any resolution. It appears that I have no other option but to approach the consumer court. My details are as follows :
