Hi,

I'm absolutely disgusted by their products and services, I feel cheated and ripped off. Whatever I ordered I received something else!

I ordered an expensive fruit basket, but it didn't come in a basket as shown in the picture! Bananas were black and disgusting, I would not take them for free! The box of nuts was supposed to contain 4 types of nuts, but it only had 3 and it came in an ugly cheap box not as shown in the picture. I paid premium for roses in a shape of heart but what I got is a cheap typical bouquet of roses!! I ordered grenadine separately, but I did not get it!

Seriously, I've never been cheated this way and I paid a lot for my purchase!
