Disconnect the broadband

I m using airtel broadband... we already did complain to service centre.. and they said tht they will disconnect the broadband

bt suddenly the bill has came of about 5000 of the same plan we were using before for 6 months of 999 per month (unlimited)

and now as we r complaining to the service centre so they r saying tht we have to pay the bill and then we can disconnectthe broadband

so we will not pay the bill for 6 more monthes

we will only pay the bill how much we used and tht is of 999 the bill no is 295219753

so plzz disconnect the broadband
