To discoonect the broadband

I use airtel broadband since 6 months. we use the plan of 999 per month..

now we want to disconnect the broadband service. we already did complain to the service centre and they said tht they will discoonect it bt suddenly the bill came of about 4, 516... the bill directly came for 6 monthes more bt we dont want to use it any more...

we did again complain to serice centre so they are saying now to pay the bill of 4, 516 bt y should we pay the billl when we have firstly complaint about it...

plzzzzzz its a humble request tht plzzzzzzzzzzz disconnect the broad band service and we will not pay the bill
