I had purchased airtel 3g connection and I was promised the will get a minimum speed of 2MBPS and max of 7MBPS however when I got my connection activated the max speed that I got was less that 4Kbps which is far below standard of a dial up connection, Informed the same to Airtel on their welcome call and asked to disconnect if they are not able to provide promised speed. there was no response from the company hence logged a complaint on in the month of Feb and Apr which was not attended either I had also mentioned on the complaint mail that would like the company to refund the amount collected as they are not able to provide the promised speed from day one and the same was reported on their welcome call however there was no response from airtel for the above complaints made hence I did not pay my bill as I had requested for refund and cancellation. I was shock when I got a mail and a threatening call from airtel saying that they know how to collect the money. please help with this concern
