We bought an Airtel 4G connection last month (sim no. 9611311233). The connection was used from 14 july only and has not been functional at all. Despte a promised speed of 76 MPBS, we have NEVER received more than 0.13 MPBS which is pitiable. Despite numerous reminders and complaints (complaint no. 44734005 dated 15 july) the situation remains unchanged. Moreover the customer service is pathetic with little response even on customer initiated calls. Would definitley wish to return this exorbitantly priced mistake and advise everyone to stay away till Airtel actually knows what is is doing.
