sir,

i had taken the broadband connection on march. During the time of connection, agent told me that all problems related to modem and interenet will be solved by the airtel company upto 1 year if u take the modem from the company . then i had taken the connection on that policy.

now after 8 months, my modem is not working and i have complained to the cutomer care but they are now saying that the policy of company is changed, according to new policy i have to go to the airtel's local vendor and he is charging me.but i will not pay for the repairing of modem because my modem is in 1 year's warrenty.

At the time of connection they have given me a modem whose input is 12 volts and adapter whose output is 9 volts because of that my modem is not working.

so, please solve my problem as soon as possible.
