Its not been even a month I got airtel broadband connection for my home and I am already facing problems. The internet has not been working properly since past two days and today its not working at all... i tried fixing it and its showing DNS server problem where as the DNS setting is on automatic.
I have been trying to get to bloody customer care since morning but everyone gives me a different number and i dont think there is any way to reach the concerned person in this company.. earlier i used BSNL for 7 years, & the service was so much better than these ppl. At least they had human beings answering the queries n not machines...

01724021145_dsl ..If anyone from airtel can fix it, great or I am switching to Reliance or Tata photon anyways...
who wants to pay for such shit service n go thru all this crap..
