Billed unusaully with out using internet

Sir,

My mobile number 9949975057 received a bill of Rs.6000 saying Rs.4500 is for mobile internet usage, When I asked how much GB have I downloaded to make this bill, no response. I'm ready to pay for what calls I have made, but definitely not for the un-used internet usage amount.

Please help me settling it down.
