Hi,
I'm writing this email with huge frustration and dissatisfaction about the kind of customer care service which Airtel is providing now, which is of course, no service at all.
I lodged a request to shift my Airtel Broadband connection IPTV (account no : 15976393) to a new location on 31st of july (req. no.:198394).
The gentleman who took my request said that it would take 23 working days to get it done as they are upgrading their systems.
I accepted it and waited for 23 days. Since i was getting no response from any of the executives even after waiting for 23 days i called the customer care again
to know the status. To my shock, what i learned from the guy is that he was not able to see my request number. It got mysteriously erased from their system.
Ok, on 23rd of August, I registered a new request for the same shifting purpose (req. no.:3150760).
Again the same thing happened. Made me wait for almost another half a month. On 16th of September, some executive has closed my request stating that
the address given is not clear. Now for your kind information, I never received any call from any Airtel executive before closing the request, asking for details of the address.
Even though clear and full address was provided in the shifting request; with my alternate contact details to reach me in case of any issues; no executives tried to contact me.
Now, the story continues... and I've two more requests raised, for the same purpose (req.no : 4274952 and 4389034). Both are in open status.
And I'm waiting again from 19th Sept. Other than the verbal assurance given by each and every executive I talk to from call center, I'm not seeing any action taken to resolve this.
I dont see a valid reason why they are not processing my request.
I'm now waiting for almost 2months for this. There is a limit for everything and they have crossed it.
Please do the needfull.
Taking this request on hig priority and resolve it ASAP.
