Broadband not working

Hi,

I have a broadband connection with landline no: 08041200241 . My broadband connection is not working from more than a week, i have raised service request (No: 47094168) with airtel to resolve this. Everytime I call them they say they are working on it and will resolve it ASAP but after that nothing happens. I have lost hope that they understand customers importance.
