I am an AIRTEL broad band customer.
LOCATION: NCR.

Location: House Number 50 .

Faridabad.
I have been using your broadband connection for more
than 2 years now.
Recently I got an WIFI Modem freplace via Airtel. This
modem was supplied by Airtel to me on 23/9 .
The Billing is done by UNIVERSAL TELECOM - Faridabad.
Type Of Modem : 4501 TC wifi by beetel
Now, this modem is not working at all. I went to Airtel office
In FBD, where they directed myself to go to Universal telecom
sector 16 Faridabad. There again they directed me to contact AIRTEL
because they are not responsible for this service.
Now, I had placed an order with Airtel, yourself have send someone
to install the modem.
We have been running here and there to get this thing fixed.

Mr. Vimlesh, they have not been helpful at all.
I will Not PAY any money after 19th NOV on 0129 -4168530, as
I am unable to use the Internet.
Moreover, If Airtel really cares why we have so much trouble
just to get little things DONE .
I am keeping my fingers crossed and hope, that some gentlemen
or a Kind lady sees this mail and help us out.
