Sir,

i am left with no other option except to write to you, for the inconvenience i am facing with the customer care.

i had registered for an internet connection on the date 2-april, in the evening, the details of the registration form are as below.

customer enrollment form no :350764

vps/multiple line form sl.no. N:352363

recipt no :149471

i was assured by Mr. AMIT KUMAR (officer sales, GHAZIABAD ZONE) that the connection will be activated within 48 hours. His details are as:

noida.201301.up

it is already more than 55 hours and there has been no enquiry related to the connection or cable wirings. Amit kumar is not even picking our calls even.

kindly take this matter seriously, else it will hamper your organization.
