Non payment of refund amount

Hi,

I had applied for airtel broadband connection on July 16th (CEF No. TBLR 261660). After taking the money airtel representative assured me that he would provide me broadband within next 7 working days. After 7 days passed and there was no response from him, I tried calling him up more than 50 times. He wouldn't pick up the call. On contacting airtel customer care, they told me that my money has been sent for refund and I would get the check within 3 weeks. But even after more than a onth there has been no reply from them. And everytime I try calling them up, they redirect to call some division and I am told the refund status is pending with some division. They don't even bother to give a deadline. Please look into this.
