I applied for a new airtel broad band connection on the 24th Oct. The guy (Mohan Kumar 9611046987) took all the documents from me and promised that I will get the connection on 27th Oct. When I called on 27th to confirm the timing, he directed me to another guy (Arun 9900458633). Arun said there was a mis communication and connection can only be given on 29th. I agreed and called him again on 28th to confirm if everything was on track. He acknowledged the same. On 29th Morning I called to confirm the time and he said 6.30pm. I called again at 6pm to check if they are coming and he confirmed they are coming at 6.30. No one turned up, I tried calling from 7 to 9 but his phone was switched off.

On 31st, I called up Arun to check the status and he gave me some stupid reason. At this instance I asked him to give back the money but he begged for one day time and promised I will get it on 1 Nov. When I questioned that 1st is a holiday and no one will work, he said they are working and I will get the line.

On 1st I called him 25 time since morning but he didn't answer once. I called Mohan again and he spoke to Arun and told me that server was down and I will get connection on 2nd. When I didn't get the connection on 2nd, I told them to give back my money as I was fed up.

At this instance, Arun's boss named Praveen (9740990917) called up saying my documents were not complete and hence its getting delayed. I immediately sent scanned copies and he promised to get the line on 4th. Its 4th and I still don't have the line. I called Praveen again today but he directed me to Vinod (984537244) who said connection will be given only on 5th...

Do I really believe these guys? Frustrating for the fact that I believed this is agreat company and invested in it as well.

My form number is TBLR 296101 and I don't have a clue what to do as airtel's site doesn't have any proper grievance addressal where I can raise these complaints.
