Hi,

This is Chandrashekar from the below mentioned address, I have requested for a broadband connection from Airtel, Agent name called Ravi Kumar has took all documents on 16th Dec and he said form will be logged in immediately and connection will be installed on 20th Dec, but later when I called he responded there is some line issue and it will take 1 more day, but till now there is no response, kindly look into this issue and fix it ASAP.
