Sir my name is vivek soni, my airtel broad band no.- 07884015962, i have sent you a request to disconnect the line earlier but, the line is still on, please disconnect the line as soon as possible, if the the line doesn't get disconnected, then i will not pay any bill for that, as i have sent the complain on 16th july to you earlie
