Incorrect bills

While shifting to another location within the same city (Chennai), I had called Airtel customer service and requested them to disconnect my broadband connection. This happened in Feb. Neither did they disconnect immediately nor did they register my request. I had also given them my mobile number to call me (if required) and they never bothered to call... they have also not sent me any bills (despite me giving my new address... my request has not even been captured on their system)

Now I have an email from their legal team threatening me of legal action :) Heights of unprofessionalism and incompetency!!! PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM AIRTEL IN CHENNAI... NOT WORTH IT.
