Hello Sir,
I was using Airtel broadband connection (4540069) in Noida. I have asked the Airtel person who came to my home to collect the bill amount to disconnect the connection. He said it will be disconnected.
After the I shifted from Noida on end of September. Recently one person from Airtel has called and told me that I have not paid the bill for September month and if I pay that then disconnection would be approved. I thought I might have used it some days in the billing cycle, so I paid Rs.920 (full amount on that billing cycle). But still even now I am getting the phone calls to pay the bill for further billing cycles.
Please take this complaint as a formal complaint.
