Getting Airtel Broad band Connections

This is Ravi working as an Engineer. On 29.12.2009 I got a call from Airtel representative (Suresh) who asked for the new Airtel broadband connection. I refused initially then after continuous requests over phone i just thought of going for new connection. I asked all the details about the time taken and cost and other offers. A guy name (Francis) came and collected Rs.4000 and other documents from me and promised me that the new connections will be activated by 01-jan-10 but i did not happen. I tried calling the guys who came. No one really picked up my calls till 04 -Jan-10. It was really disguisting and ultimately i got the office landline number who initially called me and asked and it was from airtel office somewhere from west mambalam and asked him. He gave me another number and told me that you call another number (Mr. Madan) who is a co-ordinator (as he says). He said he will look into it and i got a message that main pillar got damaged and work is under progress and so the inconvenience. But they told me that it will be resolved by 09-Dec and asked two days time. but never responded on the day and to my call as well. so i called in the evening tfrom Landline number and they attended my call. They again had the same reason to say and asked for 2 more days. else why they promise initially within 3 days? why they didn't response to me in proper manner everytime i only called them...

still it is continuing and i am really dissatisfied with the service in this case.
