My name is munish dua. I had given the request to shift my Broadband connection A/C no. 15407766, from delhi to karnal. Airtel customer care people had given me the timeline of Three days but inspite of regular follow up no action and even no callback has been arranged regarding the same from Airtel. its already been 8 days. you are requested to do the needful. its really a service default from the company side and they are giving same excuses every time. I am really disappointed with Airtel being a public limited company and even then offerring such problems to their customers.
