Hi

I am staying at dwarka, alongwith my wife, and my telephone no. is under her name. The telephone no. is 011-45548231, which was totally diconnected and treminated due to late payment, as we were out of town for a considerable time period, now when we returned we paid the bill for Rs 3113/- and we were given a wrong commitment of 2 days for the reactivation, but when we called after the given time we were given a time of 7 days for the same.

Now the bill paid on the 8th of jan is still under the process of activation and we are sitting on the 18th, which is straight 11 days from the time the bill was paid.

this is the most disgusting kind of attitude bharti airtel has towards the customers and not only this, the team leaders and supervisors at the call centers, are giving lame excuses for thier fault.

who to knowck for this. only god knows.
