Wrongly claim higher amount & give harassment calls

Hi this is Monika Grover resides paschim Vihar, delhi, using one broadband connection. I request airtel people to disconnect my connection due to some renovation going on my place. my request has been registered with them whose Complaint ref no is 902123. After few days i received call from representative by suggesting us to keep your connection temporary disconnect without any cost & afterwards whenever you required get it active . now after 3 months they come up with huge bill saying temporary disconnect will cost me Rs 250/pm. when i ask them to show some proof, then they start harrasing me & says recovery agents will automaticall get out their money out of you.

I am MBA gradaute, working with software company with persuing CS. so i can't expact such behaviour from airtel guys. Kindly resolve my issue.
