Disconnecting connection again and again after paying the payment

I have taken this broadband connection, i recieved my 1st bill with due date 15th of feb.of Rs.227.I had deposit Rs.300 on 16th of feb., in Abacus communications south x-2. Since that day they have cut the connection for five times. And the amount has been not credited still. Also the landline phone is permanently cut and the company is denying for the payment made even after giving them the reciept number which is 472199. they are mentally torturing me by continuously calling for the payment, not responding on my complaint.

kindly help in this case.
