Harrasment through calling agains bill which i have deposited

Hello sir,

I wish to draw your kind attention that I, Gaurav Sahni bought a airtel broadband connection for my personal use before 10 months ago means at Dec- 2009. in the no. of 011-47597514. I had used this connection till middle month of may and in this month i have applied for disconnect my connection. I have complained to customer care in may to disconnect that connection and customer care executive said that the connection will be disconnect within 7 days. and they gave me a Request no.135948893 and told me that it will disconnect. After i complained again to customer care centre he told me that it will disconnect within 2-3 days and your complained is in running mode and they gave me again a Request no.33223506. After 2-3 days my phone dialtone has disconnect and phone was dead and i got the bill of 2977/-rs and i paid that amount. But after 1 month i got the bill again from airtel of approx. 3200/- rs then i again complained to airtel broadband customer care office that why you have given me the bill even i have paid the full amount till my connection i have used. And from that month i am taking a recovery calls from airtel and they are harassmenting me daily i dont know why even i have paid the bill till last. I have complained to customer care centre lots of time i have all the complaint no. of airtel but they are calling till now. Sir i am very very upset for the behaviour of airtel that they people talk like a animal with abusing language. Its already a limit gone for harrasment, thats why i am asking and requesting to you to kindly do something against airtel broadband because they are harasmenting all the innocent people who has no mistakes. I think its a company policy that to harass the clients who is innocent. And also when client wants to take to disconnect the connection then why they take the time and why they give the bills even client has disconnected the phone. Sir please do something in favour of me because i dont need from them anything then why they are harrasmenting me, and do inform them sir if i got the phone from them again then i will take action to charge them for harrasment me or waisting my time.
