I have lodged a complaint with the airtel for deactivation of my broadband connection and it is a week now. But alas! as I was already warned by my wellwishers, these people are NOT deactivating/finalising the bill for the reasons best known to them. Every time they are coming up with some silly advices like why shouldn't i give it to somebody else or why dont i get it transferred to my new place, etc. It seems that they are somehow trying to timepass and cross the monthly billing cycle date so that I can be loaded with a fresh bill. Greedy, aren't they??? Huh,!!! but poor tricks... It's really a shame.
