I have subscribed to Rs.599 Airtel Broad band Plan [without LandLine Phone] - 3GB data free per month scheme.

I have received Airtel Broad band Bill No: 787032408 dated 6-10 for Rs.856.70 payable before 25-10. I have not used 3GB data for September fully and I am eligible to pay Rs 599 plus service tax i.e Rs.661. I have registered a complaint with Airtel Broad Band Customer Care and they have alloted complaint no:38810780 dated 15-10. So far they have not taken action to correct the bill and issue me the revised bill. If they are not correcting the bill before 25/10, I will be constrained file a consumer complaint before the consumer redressel forum. Act fast.
