Hi,
This is Vamshi Krishna, using your broadband connection from the past 1 Year.
In the beginning i had few issues with the policies of your company but at last i have over come all these issues. Now there is a strange and serious problem.
I got my Bill in the month of October, saying that from the month of november the billing type is changed from hard copy to soft copy. Which i never requested for and will never request for.
So i called up call center and they have registered a request saying that i will recieve a hard copy only and no soft copies will be sent.
After 15 days, i have recieved an e-bill from ebill.airtel.in for the month of November. So i again gave a compliant in call center and i got a hard copy for that month.
Today, i.e, 27/12, i have a recieved a e-bill saying that it;s my current month bill and i have to pay the bill.
Checked and found that the bill i got is a e-bill for last billing month for which i paid the bill on 15/12 only.
My Questions are,
1) When i never shifted from hard copy to soft copy, why am i getting e-bills for every month?
2) What happened to previous compliants registered and who has confirmed with me and closed them?
3) When i get a call from Outbound agents, Why do they disconnect the line before me completing my sentence?
4) When will aritel stop e-bills to me and send hard copies only?
Last and most important question...
5) Airtel's internet service is Flawless but why is their billing so poor?
Please clarify the above questions. I am expecting a quick reply.
