This is regarding the billing and unfair practices used by Airtel broadband. My plan is for Night unlimited with 5GB limit during the day. The usage is free between 10 PM and 8 AM. I have observed that even if i restart the router 5-10 mins post 10 PM few of the sessions in the bill come around 9:55 PM for which usage billing is applied.
Further at 8 AM the sessions are reset by Airtel to start billable usage but they don't apply the same rule at 10 PM to allow free usage.
This is a ploy used on purpose to increase billable hours and provide unethical and unfair services.
