Inflated and Overcharged Billing

I have an airtel broadband connection (account number 15553048). I am sick of their billing. My plan is 1099, but I am getting a fixed bill in the range of Rs. 1550 every time from the last 6 months. Every time they add something or other to make the bill of 1550 like 2-3 downloads of antivirus, gaming downloads etc.

This is just ridiculous and fraud.

I am a software engineer and I am the only one who uses this connection. I know what a download is and it can never happen by mistake. But this issue has been consistent from the last 6 months.

I have complained so many times but to no avail. They just say they will rectify it next time. Their customer service is never helpful and all they say is we will waive off Rs. 100 (after they have overcharged me Rs.400)

I am not the only one as I can see on this good site that so many problems are facing this problem.

This is my last warning to them, otherwise I will switch to another broadband company and will never ever use their service again.
